How did you get your start in the entertainment industry?

I started modeling at age 5, which lead to dance and acting lessons. Things just progressed naturally.

What was the first ever acting role that you ever booked?

I was 1 of 13 kids selected to be in the Dolly Parton’s NBC/TV movie Coat of Many colors and the sequel Christmas of Many Colors.

What was the casting process like for “Chicken Girls”?

Simple I guess, I owe it all to Billy LeBlanc we met at an event and he introduced me to the Brat executives. They were forming a story line for a rival dance group called “Power Surge.” Fans really liked it and the story line carried into four seasons and Chicken Girls The Movie.

What was your favorite part about filming the show?

I really enjoyed working with my friends, it didn’t seem like work at all. It truly was a great experience that I’m thankful for.

What inspired your new single “Church”?

My music tends to be Country/Pop but I am slowly merging into Christian music. I had an experience with someone who I thought was a close friend and things didn’t end well. We all question ourselves and sometimes fight the feelings of hate. My song “CHURCH” is about leaning on God to show you how to love the way he loves, leaning on him to let go and put it in his hands. The song is extra special to me and I hope in inspires listeners.

What was it like to film the music video?

My videography team is AMAZING! Austin, Leo and Jackson have become the brothers I always wanted but never had. They took my vision and made it come to life using my church Pastors Travis & Jenni O’Neal and my good friends supported me as the choir. Filming at my church Christ Fellowship was important to me, its my 2nd home.

What’s your favorite part about coming up with ideas for songs?

I love brainstorming with my writer/producing team. We talk about what is going on in life and just hit around ideas that we feel would inspire listeners and provide a good message.

Any advice you’d give to a teen your age who wants to be in this business?

It is a lot of work. There will be days you feel like giving up but if its important to you and your passionate you need to get back up and keep going.
